After a meeting with the Recorder active, open the meeting to review what In Parallel captured and decide what should happen next. The meeting view keeps the readable Notes, source Transcript, and follow-up Actions together.
Before you start
The Recorder must have joined the meeting successfully.
Processing must be complete.
You need access to the meeting and any Workspace it is connected to.
If a tab says No notes yet, wait for processing to finish and confirm that the Recorder joined before assuming the meeting has no output.
Open the meeting
Open the navigation menu and select Meetings.
Find the meeting in the timeline.
Select the meeting title.
The meeting details show the time, participants, connected Workspace, meeting type, and Topics when those fields are available.
Review Notes
Open Notes for the readable meeting output. Check names, decisions, commitments, dates, and other consequential details against what participants agreed.
Treat Notes as a well-informed draft. A clear summary can still omit nuance or attribute a point incorrectly.
Check the Transcript
Open Transcript when you need the source wording behind the Notes. Not every meeting has a Transcript tab; it appears when a transcript is available.
Use the Transcript to resolve an important attribution or wording question. Follow your organization's access, retention, and consent rules when copying or sharing transcript content.
See Download a meeting's raw transcript when you need the original file.
Review Actions
Open Actions for follow-ups prepared from the meeting. Depending on what the meeting contained, In Parallel may draft work such as:
An email recap
A tracker update
A Slack post
A prompt for another AI workflow
A follow-up meeting when the participants agreed to meet again
Review the proposed task, audience, destination, and wording before running it. In Parallel prepares the follow-up; it does not make the follow-up correct or authorize it on your behalf.
Select Run with AI to continue a prepared Action in an AI workflow. Confirm any external message, calendar booking, or record change in the destination workflow before it is completed.
Connect or correct the Workspace
Use Add workspace in the meeting details when the meeting should contribute context to a Workspace. Some accounts may show Publish to instead.
Choose only the Workspaces the meeting genuinely concerns. Correct the association before relying on the meeting in Workspace pages, Findings, Topics, or briefings.
